The Company was then using a room at the Mills as a meeting place prior to moving to a permanent headquarters on Station Road


Captain Stephen Hetley Pearson is seated to the left of the bass drum; in the centre above are Samuel Burdett, Cyril Arthur Turton and James Martin, all to be later killed during the Great War, 1914-1918.
