• Occupation: servant, at the time of the census in April 1891. ²⁸⁸ She was then serving the household of Aaron Burnham, then a widower, and his 3 year old son at 80 Carter Gate, Grimsby. She and Aaron were eventually to marry.

Kate married Aaron Burnham, son of Edward Burnham and Ann Codling, Q3 1895 in Nottingham Registration District.²⁷⁹ (Aaron Burnham was born on 23 Aug 1857 in Beeston, Notts ^{281,282,283,284,285,286} and was baptised on 20 Sep 1857 in Beeston Wesleyan Methodist ²⁸¹.)
