• Occupation: Frame work knitter, at the time of the census in April 1871. ¹⁹⁹ He was then living with his wife and two children at 10 Denmark Court, Nottingham.

Edmund married Harriet Brown, daughter of Joseph Brown and Ellen Travers. (Harriet Brown was born circa 1839 in Wilne, Derbys ^196,197 and was baptised on 18 Aug 1839 in Wilne, Derbys ¹⁹⁸.)
