• Occupation: grocer, at the time of the census in April 1891. ³⁷⁰ She was then living at 13 Dame Agnes Street, Nottingham with her husband and two children. They employed a domestic servant.

Mary married Frederick Brown, son of Joseph Brown and Ellen Travers, Q4 1871 in Shardlow Registration District.²⁰⁵ (Frederick Brown was born circa 1850 in Wilne, Derbys ^{206,207,208,209,210} and was baptised on 3 Mar 1850 in Wilne, Derbys ⁸².)
