William Crabtree

  Noted events in his life were:

• Residence: 84 Hampton Rd, North Meols, Lancashire, by the time of the census in April 1881. ²⁷⁰ He was by then retired from the decorating business and living with his wife. His married sister Mary and a domestic servant was also present.

William married Ann Styring, daughter of Robert Styring and Sarah Ashmore. (Ann Styring was born on 25 Aug 1812 and was baptised on 18 Sep 1812 in Sheffield (St Peter's Cathedral) ²⁷¹.)
